If I my analysis is  correct, find below the Status of our joint Patrimony as at today after it became a Limited Company. Look at the names and geographical spread of Directors. Is the new status fair, just and equitable. 

TheSouth West has only 1 person on the board, South East has 2 and South South (owners of the Petroleum) has 1. The remaining 7 comes from the North and the Company Secretary is also from the North. You may do your own analysis too.
