AI-Ma’idah, 5: 90-91

“O you who’ve believed, certainly, intoxicants(all types of alcoholic drinks), playing, (sacrificing on)

(11) And We have definitely created you, [O mankind], and given you [human] type. (13) [Allāh] mentioned, “Descend from it [i.e., Paradise], for it is not for you to be arrogant therein. So get out; indeed, you are of the debased.” 

(14) [Satan] mentioned, “Reprieve me until the Day they are resurrected.” 

(15) [Allāh] mentioned, “Indeed, you are of those reprieved.” 

(16) [Satan] mentioned, “Because You have put me in error, I’ll certainly sit in look forward to them [i.e., mankind] on Your straight path. 

(17) Then I’ll come to them from earlier than them and from behind them and on their proper and on their left, and You won’t discover most of them grateful [to You].” 

(18) [Allāh] mentioned, “Depart from it [i.e., Paradise], reproached and expelled. Whoever follows you among them – I will surely fill Hell with you, all together.” 

(19) And “O Adam, dwell, you and your wife, in Paradise and eat from wherever you will but do not approach this tree, lest you be among the wrongdoers.” 

(20) But Satan whispered to them to make obvious to them that which was hid from them of their non-public components. He mentioned, “Your Lord did not forbid you this tree except that you become angels or become of the immortal.” 

(21) And he swore [by Allāh] to them, “Indeed, I am to you from among the sincere advisors.” 

(22) So he made them fall, by means of deception. And once they tasted of the tree, their non-public components grew to become obvious to them, they usually started to lock collectively over themselves from the leaves of Paradise. And their Lord known as to them, “Did I not forbid you from that tree and tell you that Satan is to you a clear enemy?” 

(23) They mentioned, “Our Lord, we have wronged ourselves, and if You do not forgive us and have mercy upon us, we will surely be among the losers.” 

(24) [Allāh] mentioned, “Descend, being to one another enemies. And for you on the earth is a place of settlement and enjoyment [i.e., provision] for a time.” 

(25) He mentioned, “Therein you will live, and therein you will die, and from it you will be brought forth.” 

(26) O kids of Adam, We have bestowed upon you clothes to hide your non-public components and as adornment. But the clothes of righteousness – that’s greatest. That is from the indicators of Allāh that maybe they may keep in mind. 

(27) O kids of Adam, let not Satan tempt you as he eliminated your mother and father from Paradise, stripping them of their clothes[The garments of Paradise] to point out them their non-public components. Indeed, he sees you, he and his tribe, from the place you don’t see them. Indeed, We have made the devils allies to those that don’t consider. 

(28) And once they commit an immorality, they are saying, “We found our fathers doing it, and Allāh has ordered us to do it.” Say, “Indeed, Allāh does not order immorality. Do you say about Allāh that which you do not know?” 

(29) Say, [O Muḥammad], “My Lord has ordered justice and that you direct yourselves [to the Qiblah] at every place [or time] of prostration, and invoke Him, sincere to Him in religion.” Just as He originated you, you’ll return [to life] – 

(30) A bunch [of you] He guided, and a gaggle deserved [to be in] error. Indeed, they [i.e., the latter] had taken the devils as allies as an alternative of Allāh whereas they thought that they have been guided. 

Al-Araf 7: 175-176

And recite to them, [O Muḥammad], the information of him[A man from the Children of Israel at the time of Moses] to whom We gave [knowledge of] Our indicators, however he indifferent himself from them; so Satan pursued him, and he grew to become of the deviators.[Those who deliberately persist in error to the point of destruction.] 

And if We had willed, We might have elevated him thereby,[i.e., through the revelations, signs or evidences of which he had been given knowledge] however he adhered [instead] to the earth[i.e., its worldly pleasures] and adopted his personal want. So his instance is like that of the canine: in case you chase him, he pants, or in case you go away him, he [still] pants. That is the instance of the individuals who denied Our indicators.[Whether or not they have been exposed to Allāh’s signs or warnings, it is all the same: they will not believe] So relate the tales that maybe they may think about. 

AI-AnfaI, 8: 48-58

And [remember] when Satan made their deeds pleasing to them and mentioned, “No one can overcome you today from among the people, and indeed, I am your protector.” But when the 2 armies sighted one another, he turned on his heels and mentioned, “Indeed, I am disassociated from you. Ibrahim, 14: 22

[An-Nahi, 16: 63

And incite [to senselessness] whoever you may amongst them together with your voice[songs, music, play and any other call for disobeying Allah]and assault them together with your horses and foot troopers and grow to be a accomplice of their wealth and their kids[bytempting them to earn money by illegal ways usury, etc., or by committing illegal sexual-intercourse, etc] and promise them.” But Satan doesn’t promise them besides delusion.
Indeed, over My [believing] servants there may be for you no authority. And enough is your Lord as Disposer of affairs.[The one entrusted and relied upon; sufficient to manage all matters]

AI-Kahf, 18: 50

And [mention] when We mentioned to the angels, “Prostrate to Adam,” they usually prostrated, aside from Iblees. He was of the jinn and departed from [i.e., disobeyed] the command of his Lord. Then will you are taking him and his descendants as allies apart from Me whereas they’re enemies to you? Wretched it’s for the wrongdoers as an trade

I discovered her and her individuals prostrating to the solar as an alternative of Allāh, and Satan has made their deeds pleasing to them and averted them from [His] approach, so they don’t seem to be guided,
[And] so they don’t prostrate to Allāh, who brings forth what’s hidden throughout the heavens and the earth and is aware of what you conceal and what you declare

AI-Furqon, 25: 27-29

And the Day the wrongdoer will chunk on his palms [in regret] he’ll say, “Oh, I want I had taken with the Messenger a approach.[i.e., followed the Prophet (ﷺ) on a path of guidance.] 
Oh, woe to me! I want I had not taken that one[The person who misguided him] as a buddy. 
He led me away from the remembrance[i.e., the Qur’ān or the remembrance of Allāh] after it had come to me. And ever is Satan, to man, a deserter.”[Forsaking him once he has led him into evil.] 

Ash-Shu’ara’, 26:, 91-104

(91)And Hellfire will likely be introduced forth for the deviators
(92)And will probably be mentioned to them, “Where are these you used to worship 
(93) Other than Allāh? Can they assist you to or assist themselves?” 
(94) So they are going to be overturned into it [i.e., Hellfire], they and the
(95) And the troopers of Iblees, all collectively. 
(96) They will say whereas they dispute therein, 
(97) “By Allāh, we have been certainly in manifest error 
(98) When we equated you with the Lord of the worlds. 
(99) And nobody misguided us besides the criminals. 
(100) So now we have now no intercessors
(101) And not a loyal buddy. 
(102) Then if we solely had a return [to the world] and might be of the believers…”[The conclusion of this verse is estimated as “…we would do this or that.”] 
(103) Indeed in that could be a signal, however most of them have been to not be
(104) And certainly, your Lord – He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful

Ash-Shuara, 26: 221-223

Shall I inform you upon whom the devils descend?
They descend upon each sinful liar. 
They cross on what’s heard,[This was before they were prevented, as described in 72:8-9] and most of them are liars. 

Before the prophethood of Muḥammad (ﷺ) the jinn used to gather info by eavesdropping on the angels after which cross it on to fortunetellers and soothsayers.

Al-Ankabut, 29: 38

And [We destroyed] ʿAad and Thamūd, and it has grow to be clear to you from their [ruined] dwellings. And Satan had made pleasing to them their deeds and averted them from the trail, they usually have been endowed with notion. 

Luqman, 31: 21

And when it’s mentioned to them, “Follow what Allāh has revealed,” they are saying, “Rather, we will follow that upon which we found our fathers.” Even if Satan was inviting them to the punishment of the Blaze?

saba’, 34: 20-21

And Iblees had already confirmed by means of them[i.e., the people of Saba’ or mankind in general] his assumption,[That mankind could readily be misled by him.] in order that they adopted him, aside from a celebration of believers. 

Fatir, 35: 3

Indeed, Satan is an enemy to you; so take him as an enemy. He solely invitations his occasion to be among the many companions of the Blaze.

Yasin, 36: 60-64

Did I not enjoin upon you, O kids of Adam, that you simply not worship Satan – [for] certainly, he’s to you a transparent enemy
And that you simply worship [only] Me? This is a straight path
And he had already led astray from amongst you a lot of creation, so did you not use cause? 
This is the Hellfire which you have been promised
[Enter to] burn therein at the moment for what you used to disclaim.”[Or “because you used to disbelieve.”] 

Sad, 38: 71-85

[So mention] when your Lord mentioned to the angels, “Indeed, I’m going to create a human being from clay
So when I’ve proportioned him and breathed into him of My [created] soul,[The element of life and soul which Allāh created for that body, not His own spirit or part of Himself (as some mistakenly believe)] then fall all the way down to him in prostration.” 
So the angels prostrated – all of them fully
Except Iblees;[The proper name of Satan, who was not an angel but from the jinn, as stated in 18:50 Done in obedience to Allāh, this prostration was one of respect, not worship] he was conceited and have become among the many disbelievers. 
[Allāh] mentioned, “O Iblees, what prevented you from prostrating to that which I created with My hands?[Allāh states in the Qur’ān that He has certain attributes such as hearing, sight, hands, face, mercy, anger, coming, encompassing, being above the Throne, etc. Yet, He has disassociated Himself from the limitations of human attributes or human imagination. Correct Islāmic belief requires faith in the existence of these attributes as Allāh has described them without applying to them any allegorical meanings or attempting to explain how a certain quality could be (while this is known only to Allāh) and without comparing them to creation or denying that He (subḥānahu wa taʿālā) would have such a quality. His attributes are befitting to Him alone, and “There is nothing like unto Him.” (42:11)] Were you arrogant [then], or were you [already] among the haughty?” 
He mentioned, “I’m higher than him. You created me from fireplace and created him from clay
Allāh] mentioned, “Then get out of it [i.e., Paradise], for certainly, you’re expelled. 
And certainly, upon you is My curse till the Day of Recompense.”
He mentioned, “My Lord, then reprieve me until the Day they are resurrected.”
[Allāh] mentioned, “So certainly, you’re of these reprieved
Until the Day of the time well-known.” 
[Iblees] mentioned, “By Your would possibly, I’ll certainly mislead all of them
Except, amongst them, Your chosen servants.”
That] I’ll certainly fill Hell with you and people of them that comply with you all collectively

Az-Zukhruf, 43: 36-37

And whoever is blinded from remembrance of the Most Merciful – We appoint for him a satan, and he’s to him a companion. 
And certainly, they [i.e., the devils] avert them from the best way [of guidance] whereas they suppose that they’re [rightly] guided 

Az-Zukhruf, 43: 62

And by no means let Satan avert you. Indeed, he’s to you a transparent enemy

Muhammad, 47: 24-25

Then do they not mirror upon the Qur’ān, or are there locks upon [their] hearts?
Indeed, those that reverted again [to disbelief] after steering had grow to be clear to them – Satan enticed them and extended hope for them
AI-MujAdilah, 58: 19

Satan has overcome them and made them neglect the remembrance of Allāh. Those are the occasion of Satan. Unquestionably, the occasion of Satan – they would be the losers

O you who’ve believed, whenever you converse privately, don’t converse about sin and aggression and disobedience to the Messenger however converse about righteousness and piety. And worry Allāh, to whom you’ll be gathered
Private dialog is just from Satan that he could grieve those that have believed,[The reference may be to the sinful type of conversation, as mentioned in the previous verses, or to the practice of two persons speaking in confidence in the presence of a third, which might lead him to assume that he is the subject of their conversation. Such behavior was prohibited by the Prophet (ﷺ) in narrations of al-Bukhārī and Muslim.] however he won’t hurt them in any respect besides by permission of Allāh. And upon Allāh let the believers rely. 

Al-Hashr, 59: 16-17

The hypocrites are] like the instance of Satan when he says to man, “Disbelieve.” But when he disbelieves, he says, “Indeed, I’m disassociated from you. Indeed, I worry Allāh, Lord of the worlds
So the result for each of them is that they are going to be within the Fire, abiding eternally therein. And that’s the recompense of the wrongdoers. 

AI-Falag, 113:1-5

Say, “I search refuge within the Lord of dawn
From the evil of that which He created 
And from the evil of darkness when it settles
And from the evil of the blowers in knots[i.e., those who practice magic.] 
And from the evil of an envier when he envies.”

An-Nas, 114: 1-6

Say, “I search refuge within the Lord of mankind
The Sovereign of mankind
The God of mankind
From the evil of the retreating whisperer[i.e., a devil who makes evil suggestions to man but disappears when one remembers Allāh.] – 
Who whispers [evil] into the breasts of mankind –
From among the many jinn and mankind”.[Evil prompters may be from men as well as from jinn]
